Mobile Massage Manager

Terms of Service

Last updated October 12, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and CMGF Enterprises, LLC ("we", "us"), which operates Mobile Massage Manager ("MMM" or "the service"). They apply to massage practices that use MMM, to their staff, and to anyone who uses this website, a practice's booking form, or the AI Assistant. By using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

MMM provides scheduling, client records, forms, messaging, payments and related tools for mobile massage practices. We add, change and improve features over time. New sign-ups are not open yet; practices are added by invitation while the service is in early access.

2. Accounts

3. The practice's responsibilities

4. Your data

Practices own the information they and their clients put into MMM. You give us permission to host, process and transmit it only to provide and support the service, keep it secure, and as described in the Privacy Policy. When a practice's account ends, we will provide its data in a common format on request made within 90 days.

5. Payments through Stripe

Payment processing services for practices and therapists on MMM are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the "Stripe Services Agreement"). By agreeing to these terms or continuing to operate as a practice or therapist on MMM, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of MMM enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide MMM accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize MMM to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.

Practices set their own prices, tips, cancellation and refund policies. Therapist pay is calculated from the practice's settings and paid out through Stripe; the practice is responsible for those settings and for its obligations to its staff and to tax authorities.

6. Fees

There is no charge during early access. Before any fee applies to a practice, we will tell it in advance in writing, and it can choose not to continue. Payment processing fees charged by Stripe apply as set out in the Stripe Services Agreement.

7. The AI Assistant

The AI Assistant answers calls and chats, shares a practice's information, checks availability, and books or changes appointments using the practice's own rules. It can make mistakes. Practices are responsible for reviewing the information it uses and for confirming anything important with their clients. Calls and chats may be recorded and transcribed to provide the service.

8. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service. In particular, don't:

We may suspend access that puts the service, other users or the public at risk, and will tell the practice why when we can.

9. Third-party services

MMM connects to services run by others, such as Stripe, Google, ClickSend and Retell AI. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Availability

We work to keep MMM running and your data safe, but we cannot promise the service will be uninterrupted or error free. Keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose, such as exported reports and documents.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither we nor our suppliers will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.

13. Indemnity

Practices will defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from their services to clients, the information they put into MMM, the messages they send, or their breach of these terms or the law.

14. Ending the service

A practice can stop using MMM at any time. We may end a practice's access with 30 days' notice, or sooner for a serious breach of these terms. Sections 4, 11, 12, 13 and 15 continue after access ends.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Cherokee County, North Carolina, and you and we consent to that jurisdiction.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for significant changes, tell practices before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
